Your Exhibit Fee Includes

  • 10′ x 8′ deep or 10′ x 10′ premium booth (may be doubled at discount).
  • Attractive 8′ tall back-drape & 3′ high side drape.
  • 6′ draped table, 2 chairs & 1 wastebasket.
  • Complimentary full-conference registrations for up to 2 company representatives. Additional representatives’ registrations are only $275 for members and $295 for nonmembers (limit 2 per booth).
  • Listing in the printed Program Guide (see important dates).
  • Booth identification sign (44″ x 7″).
  • Discounted hotel sleeping room rates.
  • Sponsorship of the Opening Luncheon in the Exhibit Hall

Lone Star Decorating is the Exhibit Hall general services contractor. All additional services you require, including electricity, internet access, furnishings, accessories, additional tables, and labor to erect and dismantle your exhibit will be requested through them. You will receive an Exhibitor Service Kit from Lone Star 90 days prior to the show. Exhibitors are encouraged to order all furnishings in advance to minimize delays and avoid additional costs during set-up.
